Step 1

Connect your feed

Paste your inventory feed URL into the Lorrano dashboard. We support marketplace feeds, DMS exports, inventory tools, and any XML or CSV source with VIN, vehicle details, pricing, and photo URLs.

Every 6 hours, we pull your full feed and diff against the previous sync: new VINs enter generation, updated listings can trigger re-score/rebuild, and sold VINs are archived automatically.

AI photo scoring

Dealer inventories usually contain 15-30 images per unit. Lorrano scores each photo for composition, lighting, sharpness, and viewing angle, then builds a sequence instead of simply picking the highest raw scores.

The sequence logic opens on hero angles, alternates exteriors, transitions into interior shots, then closes on a strong detail or return hero frame for a coherent social clip rhythm.

  • Classifies angles: front/rear 3/4, profile, interior, detail, engine, cargo
  • Rejects blurry, over/underexposed, duplicate, or low-subject photos
  • Flags vehicles with fewer than 4 usable photos
  • Prevents low-quality content from entering the render queue

Step 3

Video generation

Lorrano renders a finished 15-30 second video per vehicle with paced cuts, motion treatment, overlays, dealer end card, and AI-composed background music. This is not a static slideshow template.

Every generation outputs 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats in one pass. Queue throughput is optimized for overnight batches and fast re-generation when assets are toggled.

Technical FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What if I add 80 vehicles at once?

They all enter the generation queue. At our standard throughput, 80 vehicles generate in 6-10 hours. If added before close, they're all done by morning. Enterprise plans with priority queue can cut this in half.

Can I exclude a specific photo from a video?

Yes. In the dashboard, open any vehicle, review the scored photo lineup, toggle off any photo you do not want, and regenerate. The new video is usually ready in around 5 minutes.

What if my photos are terrible?

If fewer than 4 photos pass the quality threshold, we do not generate a video. Instead, the vehicle is flagged with a 'Needs better photos' badge so bad creative never gets posted.

Do you support photos from third-party photography services?

Yes. If your photography vendor images are present in your inventory feed, Lorrano scores and uses them. That includes providers like SpinCar, AutoUpLink, and HomeNet.

Can I change the music style?

Not per-vehicle yet. The music model selects pacing and tone from vehicle segment and price point. Style presets are planned for a future release.

How does the annual pricing toggle work?

Same features and limits. Annual plans bill once for 12 months and include 2 months free. Monthly plans bill month-to-month and can be canceled anytime.
