April 2026
April 19 - TikTok posting delays (resolved)
- Duration: 47 minutes
- Impact: Videos queued for TikTok posting were delayed. No videos were lost. All queued posts were delivered after the issue resolved.
- Cause: TikTok for Business API rate limit change. We adjusted our posting queue to respect the new limits.
- Status: Resolved
March 2026
March 8 - Feed sync delays for vAuto customers (resolved)
- Duration: 2 hours 15 minutes
- Impact: Inventory sync for dealerships using vAuto feeds was delayed by approximately 2 hours. New arrivals from this window were processed once the sync resumed.
- Cause: vAuto changed their feed export endpoint without advance notice. We updated our connector.
- Status: Resolved
March 2 - Scheduled maintenance (completed)
- Duration: 12 minutes
- Impact: Dashboard was unavailable. Video generation and posting continued normally.
- Cause: Database migration for new A/B thumbnail testing feature.
- Status: Completed

January 14 - Video generation queue backup (resolved)
- Duration: 3 hours 40 minutes
- Impact: Video generation times increased from approximately 5 minutes to approximately 25 minutes during peak hours. All videos were eventually generated. No data was lost.
- Cause: Unexpected spike in new inventory across multiple dealer groups after holiday lot restocking. We scaled generation capacity.
- Status: Resolved
Uptime Commitment
Lorrano targets 99.9% uptime for all core services (video generation, dashboard, feed sync, and social posting). This is measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 24 hours in advance.
Enterprise customers with SLA agreements have specific uptime guarantees and credit provisions documented in their contracts.
How We Handle Incidents
- Detection - Automated monitoring catches most issues before customers notice. We monitor video generation throughput, API response times, feed sync success rates, and social posting delivery.
- Communication - Status page is updated within 10 minutes of a confirmed incident. Email notifications go out to subscribers.
- Resolution - We fix it. No war rooms, no blame games, and no vague incident language. When we post an update, it includes what is actually happening.
- Post-mortem - Every incident lasting more than 30 minutes gets a written post-mortem published here within 48 hours. We explain what happened, why, and what we changed to prevent it.
