We do not use a ticketing system that sends an auto-reply and then loses your message. Email goes to real inboxes. Someone reads it. Someone responds, usually within a few hours on business days.

Best if you include:

  • How many rooftops you operate
  • Rough vehicle count across locations
  • What inventory feed system you are on (CDK, Reynolds, vAuto, etc.)
  • Whether you are currently posting video to social, and if so, how

We do not do discovery calls with slide decks. We will ask a few questions, show you a sample video built from a public listing, and give you a straight answer on pricing. The whole thing takes 15 minutes.

For enterprise and dealer group inquiries (10+ rooftops or custom integration work), email sales and we will set up a direct conversation with someone technical.

Support

Already a customer? This is the fastest way to get help.

When emailing support, include:

  • Your dealership name (as it appears in your dashboard)
  • The VIN or stock number if it is about a specific vehicle
  • A screenshot if something looks wrong

Response times:

  • Most issues: under 4 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm ET)
  • Feed sync or posting failures: we typically catch these before you do. Check your dashboard notifications first.
  • Weekends: monitored for outages, not feature requests

We do not have phone support. Email lets us inspect your account, pull logs, and give you a real answer instead of putting you on hold while someone reads a script.
