We do not do discovery calls with slide decks. We will ask a few questions, show you a sample video built from a public listing, and give you a straight answer on pricing. The whole thing takes 15 minutes.
For enterprise and dealer group inquiries (10+ rooftops or custom integration work), email sales and we will set up a direct conversation with someone technical.

When emailing support, include:
- Your dealership name (as it appears in your dashboard)
- The VIN or stock number if it is about a specific vehicle
- A screenshot if something looks wrong
Response times:
- Most issues: under 4 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm ET)
- Feed sync or posting failures: we typically catch these before you do. Check your dashboard notifications first.
- Weekends: monitored for outages, not feature requests
We do not have phone support. Email lets us inspect your account, pull logs, and give you a real answer instead of putting you on hold while someone reads a script.
