Most vehicles render in 3–8 minutes once photo scoring is complete. Bulk batches run overnight — add 40 units before close, videos are ready when you open the next morning. Generation time scales with video length; 15-second videos are always faster than 30-second ones.
Lorrano pulls photos from your existing inventory feed URLs — the same URLs AutoTrader and Cars.com already use to display your listings. We do not store a separate copy of your original images after the video renders. Rendered videos are held on our servers for 90 days, then purged unless you've connected external storage.
The photo scoring model ranks images by composition and quality, but it's not perfect. From your dashboard you can flag any photo as excluded for a specific vehicle and regenerate in about 5 minutes. If a vehicle consistently has poor photos, the system surfaces it so you know before anything posts.
You can't edit individual frames after render — Lorrano isn't a video editor. You can exclude specific photos, change the music track, toggle the price card, and regenerate. If you need frame-level editing, download the MP4 and bring it into your own editor. Most dealers find regeneration covers everything they need.
We support CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds, and Dealertrack via their inventory export feeds. For vAuto and HomeNet we connect directly to the listing data they publish. If your DMS exports an XML or CSV inventory file, we can map it — contact support and we'll have it configured within 48 hours.
Every video renders in 9:16 vertical (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), 1:1 square (Facebook and Instagram feed posts), and 16:9 landscape (YouTube, pre-roll ads). You download all three from a single generation — you're not charged separately for each format.
When a vehicle sells and drops from your inventory feed, Lorrano automatically archives the video and removes it from any pending post queue. If you've already posted it, the video stays on your social platform — you'd need to delete it from there manually. We don't have the ability to remove posts from your social accounts.
Monthly plans have no contract — cancel any time from your account settings, effective at the end of your billing period. Annual plans commit you to 12 months in exchange for two months free. We don't do auto-renewal surprises: you'll get a 14-day email notice before any annual renewal processes.
